1) Seasonal performance optimization, inspection, and cleaning of your heating and cooling systems. (1 spring air conditioner preventative maintenance appointment per year. 1 fall furnace preventative maintenance appointment per year.)

Tom replaced both of our AC systems in our home. He is timely, professional, and takes the time to properly explain the work through his expertise. He also gives you different pricing options based on your budget. His online tool is really helpful and breaks everything down for you to compare models and costs of whatever it is you are replacing. Despite not having any of the manuals for my equipment, Tom was able to diagnose the problem and provided the options for repair or replacement. His prices are good, his work is thorough and he is really knowledgeable about the entire HVAC system.
