Always Comfy Service Agreements provide you with Year-Round Benefits that include:

1) Seasonal performance optimization, inspection, and cleaning of your heating and cooling systems. (1 spring air conditioner preventative maintenance appointment per year. 1 fall furnace preventative maintenance appointment per year.)

2) Priority customer repair scheduling.(priority over non-service agreement customers and emergency repair appointments within 24 open business hours)

3) No diagnostic or trip fees for repair calls.

4) Discounted pricing. 
-15% discount on recommended repairs 
-10% discount on system upgrades and accessories 
– 5% discount on new system installations

5) No Breakdown Guarantee. 
-if a breakdown occurs after your seasonal preventative maintenance appointment (tune up) we will credit the cost of the service agreement to the repair cost.

6) Extended labor warranty on repairs. 
-labor warranty (coverage for cost of labor) for repairs performed by Always Comfy LLC or new equipment installed by Always Comfy LLC will be extended each year to match service agreement coverage
