When my AC stopped working on a Saturday in the middle of a heat wave, honestly I thought there was no chance I was going to be able to return to my condo until it was repaired after the weekend. Despite not having any of the manuals for my equipment, Tom was able to diagnose the problem and provided the options for repair or replacement.
